WHAT’S STITCHBOND NON-WOVEN RAW MATERIAL?
Stitching method is the use of warp knitted coil structures to reinforce fiber webs, yarn layers, non-woven materials (such as plastic sheets, plastic thin metal foils, etc.) or their combinations to produce non-woven fabrics.
The sewn non-woven fabric is made of 100% polyester fiber or 80% - 95% recycled polyester staple fiber, as well as 5% -20% high-quality polyester filament raw materials, and then processed through sewn or needle punched non-woven processes to produce non-woven fabric.
